Growclad — A Living Façade, Fully Automated

Growclad is a modular system for green façades: free-standing, fully decoupled from the building envelope, with zero additional load on the existing structure.

Planting modules arrive pre-grown and ready to install — assembly on site, not cultivation on site. That keeps installation fast and the system easy to scale, from a single module to a full façade. And because it stands independently in front of the envelope, it can be retrofitted onto existing buildings and industrial halls just as easily as new builds — no structural intervention required. The result: natural shading that measurably cools the interior.

Irrigation and nutrient supply run on full digital sensor control. Every module is monitored individually — soil moisture, temperature, EC, pH, nutrient levels — with feeding delivered automatically, on demand, never on a fixed schedule.

Rotating, motorized modules are available as an option, tracking the sun's position through the system's own controls. Solar panels can be integrated into the same structure alongside planting modules — greenery and energy generation, freely combinable.

Growclad is backed by INOCLAD Engineering, a company with decades of experience designing, manufacturing, and installing complex building façades — including the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, one of the region's landmark cultural buildings.
