A graduate of HEC Paris, he brings 20 years of experience executing M&A, debt, and capital-raising transactions for top-tier investment banks worldwide, with a deep specialisation in nature-based assets and AgriFoodTech. He has structured and managed large-scale nature-based investments for international pension funds and private equity institutions across Europe, the GCC, and Africa. Anas is President of the HEC Paris Business Angels Club and a shareholder of Africa Organics, operator of the award-winning Tafilalet Medjool date and olive operations in Morocco, winner of the 2024 Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation.
