Hamad Mohammed Ali Al Balooshi is the Director General of Aura Agriculture Guidance and Head of Public Relations at the UAE Agriculture Pioneers Association, where he leads initiatives advancing regenerative agriculture, food security, and sustainable innovation across the UAE. A graduate of the Agricultural and Food Security Leaders Programme organised by the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment, he brings cross-sector experience spanning energy, heavy industry, and food manufacturing.
From 2007 to 2018, he worked at ADNOC LNG, developing deep expertise in industrial operations, utilities, safety, coordination, and performance management. From 2020 to 2024, he served as a Maintenance Administrator in the grain milling and food manufacturing sector, strengthening his capabilities in production systems and maintenance coordination.
Through Aura, he forges partnerships that connect farmers with government entities, experts, educational institutions, and sustainability organisations. His work focuses on strengthening farmer capabilities, improving water-use efficiency, enhancing soil health, protecting natural resources, and supporting resilient, sustainable food systems across the UAE.
