Jeffrey Beyer is Founder and Managing Director of Zest Associates, a UAE-based sustainability and cleantech consultancy. His work focuses on food and water security, climate strategy and technology commercialisation, including water efficiency, wastewater treatment and reuse in agriculture and food processing. He led a major UN programme with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Energy and has shaped innovation programmes for National Grid in the UK and Brazil. Earlier in his career, he developed and launched the Offshore Wind Innovation Hub and helped establish the UK’s first cleantech venture capital fund. He regularly speaks on sustainable food production and water reuse and holds an MSc in Environmental Change & Management from Oxford University.
