Ms Khadija Haji-Jama

Khadija Haji-Jama is currently pursuing a Master of Sustainability Leadership at Arizona State University. She most recently worked as a Sustainability Strategist in the agri-tech sector, leading environmental performance tracking, ISO compliance and sustainability reporting. She is an active member of Global Shapers Dubai, a World Economic Forum initiative, and has contributed to sustainability efforts including COP28 and the Oxford Net Zero Tracker. Khadija recently spoke on the "Youth as a Force Multiplier" panel at DIHAD's Nexus Arena, co-facilitating a session on youth-driven systems change. She brings a systems-thinking approach to her work, with a particular interest in how agri-tech and grassroots, youth-led networks can strengthen agricultural resilience across the region.
