Dr Mohammed Ezzat Elagamy

Dr. Mohammed Ezzat Elagamy is a distinguished leader in the poultry industry with more than 25 years of experience spanning executive management, strategic planning, and production operations. He currently serves as the CEO of Al Ajban Poultry and Al Ajban Fodders, in addition to leading the Poultry Division of Al Ain Farms Group.Dr. Elagamy holds advanced academic qualifications in veterinary medicine and avian pathology, including a Master’s degree and Ph.D. from Egypt. He has also pursued extensive postgraduate studies in poultry nutrition (Egypt), food safety and hygiene (UK), and poultry production and management (Netherlands). He complements his scientific expertise with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the United Kingdom.He is an active member of the Emirates Veterinary Association (EVA) and serves on the Executive Committee of the Emirates Poultry Association. Throughout his career, Dr. Elagamy has contributed to both local and international scientific communities through published research, lectures, and keynote presentations. He has been a guest lecturer at UAE University and has spoken at numerous global exhibitions, scientific events, and seminars.Dr. Elagamy has also led and participated in multiple scientific and practical workshops for veterinarians, farmers, and production engineers, partnering with private, public, and government organizations. He is the founder of Al Ajban Academy, established to advance knowledge, training, and innovation within the poultry sector.
